Pumpkin Cat
Today, We, Zarathustra the Cat, reveal the true form of the iconic pumpkin by famous Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama:

Yayoi Kusama, Pumpkin Cat
Her love of the humble pumpkin stretches back to her childhood, when she first encountered one growing on its vine and it began to speak to her, “in a most animated manner”, as she recalled this encounter.
Since then, Kusama has found pumpkins to be “such tender things to touch, so appealing in color and form”.
Now you understand why she perceived the pumpkin in such a way! The soft and talkative pumpkin was not a hallucination, as many boring art critics think; it was a Pumpkin Cat. The artist was inspired by Our visit to her in Our best pumpkin disguise!

Just compare the true version of Kusama’s pumpkin to a commonly known one:

You know, abstract art loves simplifications and icon-like forms
But be sure, if you gaze at any of Kusama’s pumpkins for a long time, you will see a cat in it, and the cat will speak to you in a most animated manner!
Now, please say which pumpkin you would prefer for your Halloween 🎃?
